The Application may request access to your device location while the Application is in use.
Location information is used solely for attendance verification and workforce management purposes. For example, location data may be used to verify that an employee is present at an approved office, branch, project site, or other authorized work location when performing attendance activities.
Location information is not used for advertising, profiling, marketing, or tracking users outside attendance-related purposes.
The Application may request access to the device camera to capture photographs during attendance activities such as check-in and check-out.
Photographs may also be used where required by an organization for operational documentation and attendance record purposes.
The Application may capture photographs through the device camera when users perform attendance-related activities such as check-in and check-out.
These photographs may contain facial images of users. The photographs are collected solely as attendance documentation and proof of attendance records.
The Application does not perform facial recognition, face matching, biometric identification, biometric authentication, or any automated analysis of facial features.
Photographs collected through the Application are used only for attendance documentation, workforce management records, audit purposes, fraud prevention, and operational verification by the organization using the Application.
Photographs are securely stored on systems managed by PT. Basys and/or authorized service providers acting on behalf of PT. Basys.
Photographs are not sold and are not shared with third parties for advertising, marketing, profiling, behavioral analysis, or user tracking purposes.

Information collected through the Application is stored on secure systems managed by PT. Basys and/or authorized service providers operating on behalf of PT. Basys.
Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are implemented to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
Attendance records, location information, photographs, and other personal information are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill business, operational, contractual, legal, and compliance requirements.
When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted, anonymized, or otherwise rendered inaccessible in accordance with applicable policies and legal obligations.
Subject to applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. Requests should be directed to the organization administering the Application or to PT. Basys.
The Application may use third-party services such as cloud hosting, crash reporting, analytics, and infrastructure providers necessary for operation of the Application.
These providers are required to process information only for authorized purposes and to maintain appropriate security measures.
The Application is intended for workforce management and attendance purposes and is not directed toward children.
PT. Basys may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page and become effective upon publication.
